Is there a way to restore deleted pages?

I'm not sure how but one of my pages was duplicated, but it only contained 2 of the subpages instead of all 4. When I went to delete the erroneous page, it deleted the correct page that contained all 4 subpages. I don't have a backup so is there a way to restore the deleted subpages or the page that contained them?
