Refreshing the modular page

When a module is saved, changes within the module page are not applied unless the cache is flushed. Would it be possible to add an option to automatically refresh the parent modular page when the module is saved?

Similarly, in the case of a module that is dynamically generated via Twig.

(I put this issue in the Admin Panel, from where the pages are saved, but it is more directly related to the Grav core.)
