Ordering via the admin is unsupported because there are more than 200 siblings

I'm migrating a website, in which the original content (from Drupal) had a flat structure. Thus, I've hit a limit that I didn't know existed.

Is there an alternative to renaming all of the folders by hand? Thanks.
