Forms in modular pages has 3 errors

The documentation How to: Forms in modular pages (1.6) has to 3 errors, if I'm not mistaken:

1. First sentence tells users to copy templates from "Antimatter, the default Grav theme". The theme you get when downloading Grav is "quark" now so this might refer to an older version?
2. When you get Antimatter from the plugin repository, the mentioned templates/form.html.twig is basically useless and templates/formdata.html.twig does not exist. So I'm unable to build a modular form because the only documentation is outdated and does not include any information about what to put in the templates.
3. The green tip box right above the one and only big code box on this page ends with "!!!". I guess that's because those tip boxes are created with triple exclamation marks and somebody thought they needed to end with them, too, which they don't? Not standard Markdown, so I'd have to guess.
