Log Gauge connection failed reasons

When IntelliJ tries to establish a Gauge connection, it sometimes fails with unable to connect to port. The error due to which it fails is not available, IntelliJ logs should have this error to help better debug the issue.

Available in gauge-java nightly >= 24/09/2019

If I provide gauge nightly version 0.7.3 For that I can change pom.xml gauge-java plugin also? Or I can continue with old version in pom(gauge-java 0.7.2)
