Steps to reproduce

1. When there is a new version of Ferdi released, and the "Update" banner appears on the bottom...
2. ...click the "What's New" link
3. Observe that https://github.com/getferdi/ferdi/blob/develop/CHANGELOG.md is opened.

Expected behaviour:

• https://github.com/getferdi/ferdi/releases should be opened
