Services' top line aren't aligned correctly with the menu bar.

Steps to reproduce

On Ubuntu 18.04, open any service and you will see the top part of the service is slightly misaligned/being hidden by the menu bar.

Tried the "copy debug info", but it doesn't seem to work. :-( Anyway it's 5.8.0 on Ubuntu 18.04. @
