Conflict Dokan with Disable Rest Api plugin

After activating the disable rest api plugin next to the dokan plugin. A critical error has been created on the website and the website will stop and this error will be displayed on the website until the plugin is deactivated. Is there a solution to fix this problem ? The error that is given is in the dokan hook that causes disturbance named: rest_api_init.
