GUI issue on windows scaled screens (4K with 250% zoom)

On modern devices it is very common to get a 4K display nowadays, When that is the case on laptops specifically windows 11 suggests a scaling to 250% to retain an optimal user experience. Doing so some programs (Stubby GUI being one of them) don't appear to take the scaling option into consideration.
