[BUG] Cloud Changes + Settings Sync Not working

OS: Mac Ventura 13.1

I have been switching over into a Mac ecosystem, and I have downloaded Cursor, obviously, and I want to replicate my environment like VSCode. However, when I click Profile > Turn on Cloud Changes... it just stalled, and nothing happens. I would like to activate Settings SYnc so that I can have a unified Cursos experience across machines.

I don't think so. I switched to Continue.dev
