Where is the Testing panel?

Hello, I’m unable to find the Testing option like in VS Code, images below:

Re-upping this, it's actually pretty annoying and just caused me to switch back to VS Code. Being able to quickly run and debug my tests provides more value than inline AI (which is an improvement over ChatGPT!).

I've found the Testing panel.

Two commands can activate it:

• Testing: Focus on Test Explorer View
• View: Show Testing

This is what it looks like on Cursor

The only thing missing is the button in the sidebar
