MacOS cannot open project by drag folder to cursor's icon in Dock
Seems I cannot open a project by simply drag folder to cursor icon in my Dock. Any plan to add it? I'm not a native English speaker, so please excuse me for language...
I also noticed this issue. Seems like it can be handled with the open-file app event: https://www.electronjs.org/docs/latest/api/app#event-open-file-macos

I would really like this feature too!

As a workaround, you could try installing Dropzone and adding Cursor to the app list. This way, you can drag folders to the Cursor icon and open them.

I too expected this to work, as previously it did with VS Code.
+1 for this. I have VSCode and other apps in my toolbar and dock so that I can drag/drop folders to the icon to open them. This works for all the other apps, just not cursor. Consequently I find myself still opening VSCode more often than not.

Seems like this won't be fixed any time soon, so I just made an Automator app to do it.
Please for the love of god add this. You're so close to winning my heart Cursor, but this is unfortunately a core part of my workflow and difficult to migrate away from.
