[Doc] Unclear what worktree means

  1. It is not clear at which worktree commands are run: root work tree, agents work tree? What root work tree means?

  2. It is not clear what ROOT_WORKTREE_PATH means: is this project_root_path, is this some subfolder of project or is this a path where current project is copied?
