Updates and layout

Every single update, you change some function (for example - click on file in cursor changed files etc), that completely changes my layout! The layout should change only when I switch between Agents and Editor view top left. Anything else should respect my layout and open the file in existing layout - not hide terminal window, explorer window, nothing!
