OpenRouter anthropic/claude-sonnet-4, openai/gpt-5 STILL DON'T WORK!!!!

This still doesn't work. I would REALLY like to use ANY model from OpenRouter, but I'm stuck with models that aren't natively supported in Cursor. If I want to use Claude or gpt-5 in OpenRouter, I should be able to, but I can't.

When I try use anthropic/claude-sonnet-4

Request failed with status code 400: {"error":{"message":"claude-sonnet-4-20250514 is not a valid model ID","code":400},"user_id":"user_2ynPkXHodSLILILPRBIxGmYMH40"}

So disappointing.

It seems like it's falling back onto the native model ID which doesn't work with OpenRouter.

not all models can't work, I tried https://openrouter.ai/minimax/minimax-m2 , it works. there are some tricks in it

same problem, does anyone addresss this problem? maybe a trick designed by cursor.com.
