Move Line Up or Down doesn't work

In VS Code, at least on a Mac, the keyboard shortcut option + up/down moves the current line up or down. I just checked my keybindings in cursor and it looks like that is configured, but it doesn't do anything when I use the keyboard shortcut, whereas it does work in VS Code.

If I use Move Line Up from the command pallet, it does move the line, so I'm not sure what's wrong with the keyboard shortcut. This screenshot shows it is configured normally.
