Composer sometimes overwrites and deletes existing code

This is something that is reproducible "sometimes" that your LM of choice replies with half-baked code (such as returning strings like "... existing methods go here ..."). Composer then goes on to apply the change as-is, thereby deleting whole swaths of existing code.

I am not sure if this always happens, I'm sure it doesn't happen 100% of the times the LM comes back with that, but it does happen a lot with o1-preview for sure (as I've noticed this a lot in the past week, which coincides with when I started using o1 as the helper LM).
