[bug] cannot force to kill cursor.exe (windows 10)

[nctu6]

1. mount a remote file-system through ssh as a local disk.
2. if the network or remote server has an issue and accesses the local disk being timeout
3. the cursor IDE is hanging
4. cannot force to kill cursor.exe !!!!!!
