cursor AI features don't work on subscribed account

I have recently subscribed to pro version of cursor and I can't get it to work.

All the requests (cmd+k / cmd+L or Copilot++) don't work and are stuck in loading state.

I don't know if there is some network setting blocking this or what is the problem, but please help.

I have noticed just now that in settings I'm prompted to "Upgrade to Pro" even though I'm logged in with subscribed account. Although this issue was there even in free version:

UDT: now i see pro account. But i still can't use any AI features

same thing is happening for me.

I've confirmed

• im signed into a pro account
• i have 500 premium fast requests left
• nevertheless, "command + k" questions are requiring that I upgrade
