Describe the solution you'd like Please can you provide a ARM64 (Windows) build just like VS Code already has.

It probably would be better to create a separate issue. (I also want to use it on Linux ARM in the future)

Will it be done?

Some new devices are launching with windows ARM, would be great to have this dedicated version. Right now tried the current windows version, but it's all laggy

Was reading lots of articles about this today, but the fact that coding software doesn't have multiple versions, and that this hasn't been replied to in 4 months isn't a good sign. Copy paste from an LLM into VSCode isn't that hard.

On Windows ARM with a Snapdragon X Elite processor, the emulation of Cursor IDE is completely unusable. Is there a way to run it on WSL for better performance? any one from the core team even comment on this issue or its not priority?

I did the test with wsl, it's a bit better, but still not usable. I subscribe to this issue and will wait to be solved to come back to cursor.

//Happy coding

There is a lot of benefits to gain from having native ARM distribution. Take for example Discord, it is not useable at all on Windows 11 ARM devices. The web app version (PWA) is super snappy and lovely to use.

Please provide an ARM distribution of this, emulation is too slow and use much more resources.

Today I'm using my new Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x laptop for the first time and one of the things I really miss is being able to use a code editor with integrated LLM like Cursor or Zed. So any progress in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

I just created unofficial ARM builds. This should work for Windows. Let me know!
