Can't use editor in GitHub Pull Requests after clicking away

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install GitHub.vscode-pull-request-github extension.
2. Open the extension.
3. Open a file that is part of a PR review.
4. Click on the side bar area to add a comment.
5. Click away from the comment text editor field.
6. Click inside the comment text editor field.

Expected behavior: A cursor that lets me edit the comment.

Observed behavior: No cursor appears inside the comment text editor field and I can't edit the comment unless I save it and then edit.
