[Feature request] Allow selecting a default model for "Apply" action.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently when using Claude, the "apply" button doesn't work: https://github.com/getcursor/cursor/issues/1340

Describe the solution you'd like Since gpt-4 is already good at applying differences, there might not be an urgent need to make Claude be able to do the same, since it can be handled by gpt-4.
