Not able to install v0.29.1 on mac, error - network connection was lost

I tried downloading cursor editor on my mac M1 pro (macos - 14.3.1 ). I extracted the zip file, but when I run the installer, it crashes saying 'network connection was lost'. I can confirm that the internet was working perfectly fine. The error screenshot is above.
