File changes (unsaved) indicator is not present

In VS Code, if we make changes there is an indicator like this: Screenshot 2023-12-15 at 1 29 22 PM

But this is not present in the Cursor: Screenshot 2023-12-15 at 1 30 08 PM

I am not sure its a bug or unimplemented feature.

yes, it's happening always. I have not seen the indicator even once. is there some setting to enable/disable this?

It's also happening to me on Ubuntu.
