tests are ongoing in [feature/msix](https://github.com/PrismLauncher/PrismLauncher/tree/feature/msix)

backported all of the work done in features/msix. i'm going to do a general test tomorrow and this should hopefully be good to go! all that would be left is...

we can hopefully try this again one day, but for now we can't move forward without having ms signing certs marking as draft

there's some discussion relevant to this in https://github.com/PrismLauncher/PrismLauncher/pull/1179 (we actually seem to have come with a similar solution...i kinda forgot about this pr) this could seriously help the current issues...

this would fit under https://github.com/PrismLauncher/PrismLauncher/issues/1146
