The Dockerfile refers to jupyter/jupyterhub. It may be better to pull from jupyterhub/jupyterhub:latest instead https://hub.docker.com/r/jupyterhub/jupyterhub/~/dockerfile/ JupyterHub latest is at 0.6.1 and current Dockerfile uses 0.4.1
