iOS app on 9.3.5 shows blank screen

Please fix for older device, or if it is determined 9.3.5 cannot be supported, please change the app target iOS version.

If needed, I can build the project and figure out what's going on since my assumption is this is "legacy" platform, and no one will have a device with iOS9 to test.
