Add link support

Links of the format xrb:<xrb_adress> in websites should be handled. In Linux desktop file adding MimeType=x-scheme-handler/xrb; works, it opens Canoe locked but Canoe cannot handle it. Test here. canoe xrb:xrb_3hrppx3sfxoiycjm9iaqsr3odecgarcxxxhsm41s9pbs75ykambxqhu9ys58 should open filled in sent tab.

We have code in place from Copay .. but it probably needs adjusting.

This works somehow under Linux now:

  • Opens Canoe locked
  • Sometimes when unlocked it says: no account found, so go back and you are at the "enter amount screen", address displayed correctly.
  • Sometimes it goes directly to the send tab, address displayed.

Not working anything when Canoe already is open.

Hm, testing again now https://nanode21.cloud/link_xrb.htm

  • the "Test it" link opens calls Canoe with send tab open, but with 2689 Nano filled in... same for the xrb link without amount.
