Canoe Offline Mode - no server contact

Could display a saved state of home tab and a message about missing connection and incoming funds maybe not yet displayed?

Renamed to 'Canoe Offline Mode'. Everything should work in offline mode except for sending and receiving. A message on top should say device is offline.

Should warn also when Canoe server fails.
