Minimum repeater rows and checkboxes

This seems fairly edge case, but I feel it might point to a more fundamental problem.

If you create a repeater with a minimum amount of rows greater than 1, and include a checkbox inside that repeater, then the checkboxes are linked when adding them to the editor.

What I mean by that is when you check one checkbox, all become checked.

What's more, the block doesn't save (attributes error).
