"Video" control type
It would be great to have the ability to have custom field specifically for videos.
@jcklpe Are you talking about for adding/uploading videos? Or for linking to YouTube et al.?

This would be great. I am looking for wrapping Youtube Iframes in order to style them. Also Twitter Embeds, as you say to control exact placement.

Maybe I'm being naive but would it not be easier to turn the "image" field into a "media" field that allows you to pick from all media by default? Then if you wanted to only include only certain file type/s it could reference a new field present at setup that could contain a comma delimited list of allowed extensions (.jpg, .gif, .mp4 etc...).
That's a great idea @ludderz – or instead of allowed extensions, you could choose allowed media types (e.g. Image / Video / Any).

Though we don't have concrete plans for this feature.
