Fix H0nde / H0nda detection

H0nde / H0nda's spam wave does not come from Discord Bots but from normal user accounts. My change prevents your rules from falsely flagging Bots. However this filter is not really accurate and may ban users that are not affiliated with the H0nde Scam too!
