BTCPay Server connector

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Allow users to connect Alby to their BTCPay server LND node. BTCPay uses LND so we need a nice interface to get credentials from BTCPay and add it to Alby

Perhaps this could go through the API instead of directly to the node? Might be relevant for multiuser setups also, and those which run on LNBank (a lightning accounting system).

I think @d11n mentioned in some podcast that LNBank will offer LNDHub compatible APIs (so you can also use LNBank accounts with BlueWallet, Zeus, etc).
