Fund with external wallet

I believe it is super useful if we enable users to fund their channel using an external wallet.

I'm thinking of a flow like this:

  • app shows a PSBT QR code
  • user scans this with their PSBT-enabled wallet
  • app needs to scan the result (or be pasted)
