Use local BDK state to confirm `rust-dlc` transactions

With https://github.com/get10101/10101/pull/2212 we go against esplora all the time, which is reliable but wasteful.

We should include our rust-dlc transactions when syncing. This will require changes to rust-dlc, as the watched transactions are registered internally within rust-dlc at the moment.
