Fees are not shown in the history but in the balance

It looks odd that the tx fees are not shown in the history. As a result you can not add up your btc history to get to your btc balance....

Bitcoin's tx history does not know about channel open / close. In order to know that a certain tx is associated to opening a transaction we will have to store...

I opened 3 cfds in total (one of them got closed). At some point, the CFD was "open", but the channel was force-closed as I could not create new CFDs....
