docs: fix URL to releases page

The link is broken, the documentation page https://docs.getwoke.tech/installation/#releases redirects to the incorrect URL https://github.com/get-woke/wokereleases/latest

The link will actually work

Thanks for noticing and submitting this fix! I recently upgraded a bunch of packages and something must have changed for this to happen because it's new.

It looks like everywhere {{config.repo_url}} is used is broken, not just here. Would you mind updating the rest of them? https://cs.github.com/get-woke/woke?q=%7B%7Bconfig.repo_url%7D%7D
