Convex Npm 1.23.0 convex dev command pushed to prod not dev

Hi Convex Team,

Today I updated from 1.20.0 -> 1.23.0 for the npm package. When I then went to update my backend and push changes to dev running the npx convex dev command the CLI initiated a push to prod instead of dev. Once I reverted my package back to 1.20.0 I was able to get working again, but my production might be broken and not sure if it is possible to revert.
