Export / Import tab on dashboard

Would be great to have an export/import tab on the dashboard deployment page.

We have a Backups section in the cloud dashboard (npm-packages/dashboard) which covers a superset of this behavior. Would be great to have the self-hosted dashboard work for export/import as well.

I really need import/export in the self hosted dashboard too. Is there another way we can do import/export on the self hosted server?

npx convex export and npx convex import will work with self-hosted
