Syndicate to Twitter, Facebook, et al. Targets must be configured per-site. This issue is to establish infrastructure, specific targets should be filed as issues that reference this one.
The mp-syndicate-to property indicates a destination.
Probably we should associate targets with post types to throw proactive errors when e.g. an event is syndicated to Instagram.
