Library/program to read the Oberon / Black Box / WinBUGS / OpenBUGS "compound document" binary files (and convert them to plain text)
Trying to open a file that doesn't exist results in a segfault.
Some of the WinBUGS .odc files generate a "trap 20" error (e.g. Maps/Docu/Manual.odc) which indicates an unknown storage type. Should find out why.
readLinkStore() and readNewLinkStore() are not implemented. The only file that uses them is System/Rsrc/About.odc
