Forth chip Nvidia killer

I need an AI super cluster to train my robots. Don't have a few billion dollars laying around so I am developing a ternary forth muli-processor chip. A local data center asked me for a proof of concept. So I want to implement bitnet b1.58 on the Greenarray chip with a 2 bit ternay simulator.
