Idea from: https://tech.grammarly.com/blog/building-browser-extensions-at-scale As the extension is becoming multi-platform and in light of the latest problems with the Chrome Webstore release a quick and standard way to notify users is increasingly desired. I did not - yet - think about the technical details of the implementation.
