Doku Request: How do the different firmware-binaries differentiate?

There are 5 different firmware binaries at the moment:

• firmware_v4.14.0_nopsRam.bin
• firmware_v4.14.0_psRam.bin
• firmware_v4.14.0_sim7000_psRam.bin
• firmware_v4.14.0_sim800_nopsRam.bin
• firmware_v4.14.0_ttgo-lora32-v1_SD_CARD.bin

I installed most of them on a Heltec Lora LoRa 32 (V2) and couldn't make out any difference. They seem to work fine. Would you provide some details, please?
