Considering adding CI service integration

To let package do test automatically, it will be good to integrate CI services.

I think we have two popular CI services and we can choose one of them to accomplish this issue.

  • GitHub actions
  • Travis CI

@gerardojbaez, do you have any idea about this :)?

Once this issue is accepted, I think I can work on this.
