Where is version 1.3.0?

On the page for this package on npm it shows that the latest release is v1.3.0, but

  • the highest tag I can find here on Github is v1.2.7
  • the "version" in the package.json in the master branch is 1.2.7

Did someone forget to commit and push the changes made for version 1.3.0?
