Cannot switch from OTA back to serial

If you add an ip manually for ota, it uses that fine, but it does not show in device list. If you try to switch back to serial it says its trying serial but still has config options for ota and breaks.

To fix you must.

Devices-> select NOT USED Upload

Then it seems to remove the ota stuff
