BitDefender detects gInk.exe as suspicious

Virus scan of current version of gInk.exe (downloaded from this repo) reveals clean .exe However, upon execution, BitDefender classifies file as infected with "Gen:Suspicious.Cloud.2.ym0@a4o2SOk". I'm running Windows 10, current update.
