功能需求建议： 由于用surface笔记本。经常需要在屏幕上勾勾画画。屏幕笔帽的快捷键是gink，按一下surface笔帽按钮，调用运行gink。建议再次按动笔帽时候实现，笔1，笔2，笔3，鼠标模式的轮流切换。这样设想的目的是因为不需要再接键盘按动快捷键，也不需要点击gink的工具栏按钮。建议考虑我的需求建议。

已经注意到，再次重复运行时，和保持只有一个实例进程在运行。好像没有其他后续安排，要是再加上一些功能切换转换（笔型1、笔型2、笔型3、鼠标模式）。那就用户的使用体验感受就更好了。
