Review label options for wfs/vector layers in 3D view

Description

Some properties of the text symbolizer are not working for the Cesium viewer. We should review if it's a bug (eg: properties are not correctly applied to the graphics) or if we should hide those fields from the UI because not supported in Cesium. In case of hiding we should do that only in 3D view.
